Bill Woodrow brings his vast experience in education, training and coaching to organizations across Canada. Primarily a consultant and trainer in the field of labour-relations, he helps organizations undergoing workplace changes transition more effectively. He has introduced public, private and non-profit organizations to the concepts of interest-based negotiations and has developed programs to facilitate bargaining processes.
Although Bill has taught at both high school and college levels, he has over 17 years' experience as an adult educator. He brings the concepts of accelerated learning to all his presentations, and he stresses the importance of learning-retention and skill-application with every client. Since November of 1998, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Society for Training and Development.
His clients, past and present, include Transport Canada, Manitoba Hydro, Kimberly Clark, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, NB Power, Newfoundland Power and Light, Newfoundland Hydro, Nepean Hydro, Telus Corp., Northwestel, The National Arts Centre, the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa-Carleton - and numerous International Unions.
Bill offers a variety of skills to his clients as a consultant, educator, trainer, facilitator and mediator.
